Tuition Groups for Lockdown 2021
Thanks for your interest in Zoom Tuition. I’m Annabel – the admin of Ask A Teacher and I run Bella Learning. I’ve been a teacher for 14 years and since having my children I have been tutoring, working with parents and writing for educational publishers. I have been doing a fair amount of online tuition since the start of the pandemic and been pleasantly surprised with how effective it can be, particularly in small group settings.
With schools closed, I am offering families the option to join high quality, discounted cost Zoom tuition to help their child to keep learning and progressing. We have been running them this week already and the children have been very engaged and productive. You have the option of joining weekly but it is recommended that you sign up for the 5 weeks to build in continuity and progression across the sessions.
Details are as follows:
Nursery and Pre-schoolers: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am – 10:30am £10 drop in or £80 for 10 sessions over 5 weeks until half term (recommended to ensure place)
Reception and Year 1: Mondays and Wednesday 10:am – 10:45am £15 drop in or £120 for 10 sessions over 5 weeks until half term (recommended to ensure place)
Years 2 and 3: Mondays and Wednesdays 11am – 11:45am £15 drop in or £120 for 10 sessions over 5 weeks until half term (recommended to ensure place)
Years 4, 5 and 6 Tuesdays and Thursdays 4pm -4:45pm £15 drop in or £120 for 10 sessions over 5 weeks until half term (recommended to ensure place)
I will send you the Zoom link in advance and each session will cover a combination of key Maths and English skills for the year groups in a fun and engaging way. We will also promote well-being and socialisation within the group. Tasks will be open-ended so all children can access them. To keep it simple, they will only need to have a paper and pen in front of them to join in!
Groups will be much smaller than normal class sizes (no more than 10) and be allocated on a first come-first served basis.
To book: Please transfer the payment to the details below and then send an email to info@bellalearning.co.uk stating:
- Which sessions you would like to attend.
- The name/s of the child/ren attending.
- Any information that would be useful for me regarding their learning and personality.
- Email address and phone number to send the Zoom links to.
If you have already been attending the classes, just let me know which sessions you’ve booked.
